Kid-Approved Meals
Kids can be picky eaters, and figuring out what they’ll actually eat can be one of the biggest challenges we face as parents. In our house, we have a rule: you don’t have to eat something you don’t like, but you do have to take a “Thank You Bite.” It’s led to my daughter trying—and actually enjoying—quite a few foods I never expected her to.
I’ve also found that getting kids involved in the kitchen can make them more willing to try something new. When they’ve helped make dinner, they’re a little more excited to taste it.
That’s what you’ll find here: recipes my family has tried and my daughter has stamped with her approval. Hopefully they’ll give you a few ideas for introducing something new at your dinner table, too.
